Membership Policy:

1) Master Pack 1 & 2 are Designed By Our Expert Trainers & Based On Scientific Requirements & Principles of a Properly Balanced Fitness Programme.
2) Selecting Your Own Designed Packs can Disturb the Balance Required for a Scientifically Based Fitness Programme.
3) Approx Time for 1 Session Will Be aound for 50 Mins.
4) Swimming Pools/ halls or Place for all Activities/workouts has to be arranged By the Clients.
5) Yoga Mats & Other Equipments Can/will be Provided By us.
6) For Workouts Such as Aerobics, Step Aerobics , Zumba & Bollywood Fitness it is Advisable to Have a Non Slippery , Wooden Or Carpeted or Slightly Cushioned Flooring.
7) It Is Advisable to take Doctors Advice before Starting Any Fitness Activity/ Program & Trainer Or Website Owners Will Not/Shall Not be Held Responsible For Any Injury Or Problems Arising, Due to Any Kind of Exercise or Workout Or Activity Suggested By Us.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

1) Bookings Once made will Not be Cancelled Under Any Circumstances By The Clients/Customers. fit@home reserves all the rights to deny cancellations of the bookings Made. fit@home shall not refund the booking amount in such cases.
2) Though Full booking Amounts/Payments will be Refunded To The Clients, if somehow Due to Any Unavoidable Circumstances/Non-Availability Of Trainers Etc, We are Not able To Fulfil Our Bookings or Cancellations Occur Due to not arranging the Booked Sessions /Classes From our Side.
3) Approved Refunds Will Be Deposited In The Clients Bank Account Within 15 days.
4) Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with Any issues shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Surat Only.
5) fit@home reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, Any offer by another offer, whether similar to Any Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
6) In no event the entire liability of fit@home shall exceed the amount of Booking.
